CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service and may be transferred one time when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may require payment of the remaining service balance before a future appointment can be reserved. Hair extension deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once custom hair has been ordered. Thank you for respecting the time reserved especially for you.
